Wow all I can say is if your looking to buy or sell a home you don't need to look any further. Joe and Shelby are the best team out there! We were referred to Joe through our listing agent who works for Shorewest in New Berlin. Joe was very professional and well organized. He scheduled four showings for houses we wanted to see in the Green Bay area in one afternoon. He knew our time was important as we travelled two hours to get there. Joe had print outs of each listing along with extra information and gave his opinion of each property based on our needs and also helped us evaluate potential expensive repairs for two of the properties. Joe was *instrumental* in us bidding on a house within our budget, while considering we would have to overbid due to the housing market behaviors. Thanks to Joe's excellent advice and experience, we beat -fourteen- other bids and got the house!! We learned we weren't even the highest bid, but won it thanks to Joe's advice to help 'sweeten the pot' and make things a bit easier for the sellers. If we hadn't followed his advice, we could still be looking for a house!! Joe was so easy to work with, and my wife and I still can't believe we got a house so fast in this market! We will definitely drop his name as a realtor that can be trusted, is diligent and organized, and an overall nice guy.
We can't say enough about our experience with the Moore's. We went into the home buying/selling venture with certain expectations and they surpassed them all at every turn. Both Joe and Shelby shared their honest opinions about the best approach for selling and laid out the plan. The process went very smooth and had an accepted offer above asking within 30 hours. Our new purchase went great. Any bumps in the road that arose, the Moore team was there to offer options and gave sound input to help alleviate problems. We can't say enough about our experience!!!

So I met Joe Moore by luck. I was not a experienced buyer so I scanned a lot of places that I thought I maybe interested in. I emailed a lot of listing agents. I started emailing Joe about a place and he said not to look at the one I was interested in because it had some defects and needed major work. I went back to Joe after a few weeks and asked if he would be my buyers agent and of course he said yes. Joe went way out his way to show me some places! He was a pleasure to work with! Made another great investment purchase with my realtor Joe Moore! I can't say enough about how great it is to work with Joe from Shorewest Realtors! He stays on top of what's on sale in the city and has alerts sent to me of new listings that come up. If I see something of interest I just give Joe a red alert on it! He knows if I say it's a red alert that the property is of high interest to me and he gets more details as quick as possible! It's great because at this point with all the properties I've purchased with him he knows what's important and usually within minutes he can tell me if the property should meet my needs. If he is busy at the moment he usually throws me a text saying he's at a showing or whatever and will get back to me soon. I take a lot of his time but I am making purchases so it's a win/win for both of us! Joe will do whatever it takes to make sure your taken care and so will his wife Shelby. I has been a pleasure working with both of them and I hope in the future we'll keep finding lots of great properties I can purchase!

Joe and Shelby are phenomenal at what they do! Once we hired them they found us a house to look at within a week, granted it wasn't the house we ended up buying but it was a step in the right direction it was nice to finally walk through a house again after several weeks of nothing. We wanted to stay in the Pulaski area so we understood the housing market was tough. Once we found our house Joe and Shelby helped us every step of the way! We love our house and I am thankful for Joe and Shelby's help throughout the process of buying our first home! I tell everyone to go to them! They are our realtors for life!
Alright here we go again! Bought another house with The Moore's! I think we have to be up to at least 6 sales and purchases by now. This house we just closed on wasn't even on the market! Nope not even for sale. I begged Joe to go approach the owner to see if they would sell me their house. Well to my surprise he made it happen!! We wrote an offer on it before I even walked inside of it! Luckily once I got inside it was everything I was hoping for and more! Joe really really knows what he is doing. He is on TOP of the market. I have contacted him about new houses for sale and he had already checked them out. Anything he sees that he knows we might like he pops me a text or email asap! And another thing I like about Joe is he has great knowledge on the commercial property side of the market. That helps since we buy and sell both residential and commercial properties. I'm so happy we found the Moore's. Joe's wife has been so helpful too. If Joe can't get us into a property when he's busy he has his wife Shelby help us. Shelby also knows what we need and together we can get into a house and see pretty quickly if the property is going to work for us. (we have come across lots of houses with bad basements that we run from) I just can't say enough about the Moore's. They have really made buying and selling properties a joy. If you want something Joe will try to make it happen. He works to try to get things like home warranties thrown in from the sellers which has been a very helpful thing on one of our properties we purchased. Joe thinks out of the box and I do too so we are a great team working together!! I can't wait to buy our next property with them!

We cannot thank Joe Moore enough for all of his help, guidance and patience during our 2 + years looking for either a cottage or hunting land. On June 2nd, he met us at a cottage on Pickerel Lake. That night we put in an offer and we closed on this same cottage 28 days later. He was beyond helpful through the entire process from start to finish! We have been working with the Moore's for awhile now purchasing investment properties. To me the Moore's are the BEST realtors in Green Bay. I first meet Joe when I purchased my first commercial property on Broadway St in Green Bay. He was the sellers realtor. When I saw how much knowledge he had with commercial real estate I knew I wanted him as my realtor going forward! He has helped us buy at sell I think a half dozen properties now! And this is just a start to what I hope we can do in the future. I feel Joe goes way beyond for his clients. He knows Green Bay well and is on top of what's going on. 5 Stars for Joe. We had far from an easy situation while our purchase contact situation. Joe remained helpful showing us other properties while he knew we really wanted a property that the seller was less than cooperative in dealing with us. When the unimaginable happened and the deal on our house fell through, Joe was right on top of it and we had a new contract and accepted counter offer within two days! All my wife and I can say is that Joe rocks!!!
