Working with Joe and Shelby was a great experience. Our decision to sell and move came up somewhat unexpectedly, and at a time of the year which was challenging as it was right before the holidays. Now that I worked through the process with Joe - I have learned that using a market place professional adds the value that cannot be obtained by a seller working on their own.
